How do I know how many points I earn per purchase?
After placing items in the cart - go to view basket.
The reward points that you will earn from the current order is shown within the total - next to the line that says "Points From Transaction"

 How do you know how many total reward points you have?
To view the total of your reward points - log in to your account and click on the "My Account" link. 

You will see a Rewards Points Summary with Available Points Balance and the Points Cash Value.

How do you use your reward points?
Once you place the items in the cart and you are ready to check out - when you go to view your basket - you will see a Rewards points summary above the items in the cart.

Enter the amount of points you want to redeem in the field titled "Amount in points to redeem"  then click the REDEEM Button

The discount from your points will automatically be refresh in your order total. 

PLEASE NOTE!!  IF you redeem points - then delete ALL the items from your cart and decide not to place an order -  the points you redeemed will not be returned to your point total. 

Make sure you have finished shopping and ready to complete your order before you redeem your points.

How Do I Earn Each Referral Credit?
When a person that you have referred to us sets up a personal member account in their own name and places their first order, they will need to mention your full name and phone number at the point of purchase.

ORDERING ONLINE - Your referral should enter your full name and phone number into the comments box at the bottom of the check-Out Page- the equivalent of One (1) Referral Credit will then be logged to your account.

ORDERING BY PHONE - Your Referral should advise the Customer Service Specialist who takes their order of your full name and phone number – the equivalent of One (1) Referral Credit will then be logged to your Account.

ORDERING BY MAIL - Your referral should add your full name and phone number on the Order Form.   The equivalent of One (1) Referral Credit will then be logged to your Member/Account.

How do I redeem the referral GIFTCARD that I Earn?

ORDERING ONLINE -  When you go to check out - enter the gift card code in the box titled "If you have a discount coupon or Giftcard, please enter the coupon code here:"    

ORDERING BY PHONE - Please advise the Customer Service Specialist who takes your order that you would like to redeem your Gift Certificate Credit on that particular purchase- the corresponding dollar value will then be deducted from the total amount due for this purchase!
 
ORDERING BY MAIL - Write the gift card code on your order form.   (Your check or money order should be made payable in the amount of the order total, less then referral Gift Certificate Credits(s) value.)

BadassSupplements.com maintains an accurate, automated accounting of the total number of Referrals that you have earned to date.   We can furnish a full detail of this tally at your request.  Please note that we can not honer Referral Credit Gift Certificate(s) if you have not earned the required # of Referral Credits to date; as well, we cannot log referral Credit(s) to your member account for new member account(s) on which the initial order is declined Purchase Authorization by the bank.
